How it works

Setting up your booking page is simple.

  • Add all of the staff members who can take appointments. You can have custom working hours for every individual and each team member has an individual calendar that can be exported to allow everyone to manage their own time.

  • An appointment type allows you to let your customers book time with your team. Each appointment type can be customized with an appointment length and which team members calendars will be used to determine availability.

  • Your logo will be used to customize your booking page, feel free to add something which demonstrates your business’s style

  • Fill up your calendar with all of the appointments you have booked already. If you use Google Calendar these appointments can be imported automatically

  • Once you are happy with how your booking page looks you can publish it to timelinebooking.com

    If team members come or go, or you want to add new appointment types updating is a one click process.

  • After your customers book their appointments they will receive an email confirmation and a text reminder when the appointment is coming up

    At the same time you will receive an email or text telling you that you have a new booking.

  • Bookings will be visible in the app, and calendars can be exported to Google calendar or other calendar applications. Customer details including contact details will be visible in the app. If you are trying to fill a slot you’ll be able to easily check which of your customers is due an appointment
